2009 Client Satisfaction Survey
Each year the Epilepsy Association of Central Florida (EACF)
conducts a survey of our clients. We are proud to share this years results.
Two hundred and twenty six surveys were returned to us.
- 98% said we responded to their need in a timely manner.
- 99% said our staff was helpful.
- 97% said they were satisfied with the care and services they receive from EACF.
- 93% said they now know more about their seizures.
- 96% said they feel more comfortable discussing their seizure disorder.
- 92% say they have better seizure control.
- 100% said the EACF staff treated them with respect and courtesy.
- 93% said they are more independent in taking care of their need.
- 92% said they feel better about themselves.
- 89% said their overall quality of life has improved
- 88% said their family relationships have improved
- 92% said they are getting good medical care from EACF
